Christopher Smith
I design products people actually enjoy using, turning complex ideas into intuitive web and mobile experiences that feel effortless and deliver measurable results. I also make sure these experiences are accessible to everyone, so that usability and inclusivity go hand in hand. Talking to users, creating personas, and mapping journeys helps me understand how people think and behave. From there, I collaborate with teams and mentor others, making sure every product isn’t just usable, but meaningful, trusted, and memorable. Take a look at a selection of my work below!

Frame

I work closely with stakeholders to clarify goals, surface challenges, and understand technical limits. Together, we review competitors and identify opportunities. These conversations lead to user personas that guide every decision moving forward.

Probe

From those personas, empathy and journey maps reveal user needs, pains, and ideal paths. This stage results in a feature map, navigation framework, and refined sitemap.

Draft

I bring ideas to life through sketches, wireframes, and a style guide that captures the vision. A scalable design system follows, with reusable components built for consistency across platforms.

Tweak

Early concepts are shared for feedback and refined through iteration. I create high-fidelity prototypes, run accessibility tests, and prepare final specs for development.

Check

Before product launch, I review completed software for accessibility, adherence to standards, and accurate functionality—ensuring the end product delivers on both user and business goals.
